Return Policy

A return maybe requested within ten days of receiving your purchased product. A Return Product code number must be requested before product is returned to us. Any product returned without a return Product code will be returned to customer.

Defective items - In the case that an item/product arrives broken, defective or not as described, please contact us immediately so we can take the next step in correcting the situation. Pulse Fab will cover the cost of return shipping (non-expedite) and the cost of shipping a replacement product back to the consumer. The replacement product will be shipped out after the defective/incorrect product has been received at our shop and inspected for claimed defect.

Non-defective item - If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with the purchased product (not as described or not what you expected) you may return the item for a refund provided the item has not be used and can be sold in new condition. Under conditions that the product was shipped to you at no cost to you(product under $49.99) you will be responsible for both the cost of shipping the product back to us as well as a 15% re-stock fee. These fees must be paid before any refund is returned to you.

Cancellation -  Any orders cancelled after an order has been completed will be charged a 10% processing fee. All order cancelled by pulsefabrication.com will not be charged the 10% process fee. If you would like to modify your order or have any questions prior to shipping, please contact us.
